Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Crown and Champa Resorts looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. You will support the F&B Manager in driving operational excellence across all outlets, inspiring the team, and ensuring every dining experience reflects our brand's signature quality and warmth.

Task and responsibilities
- Assist the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management, Budget preparation, CAPEX/OPEX ordering, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
- Upsell and promote products in order to increase revenues in all outlets.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and control the Food and Beverage Service Operation in the areas of revenue, expenditure, profitability, and performance against budget.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
- Preferred Maldivian or European nationals.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with F&B management software is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand standards.
