PROJECT MANAGER – REAL ESTATE (SOUTHERN PROVINCE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to lead and manage our property development initiatives in the Southern Region of Sri Lanka.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and evaluate land acquisition and real estate development opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and project viability assessments.
- Manage project approvals and coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, execution, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, consultants, and business partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Qualification in Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, property, construction, or project
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition, property laws, and development regulations in Sri Lanka.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
