RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily FOH/BOH operations
- Ensure smooth workflow & exceptional guest service
- Implement quality control & high standards
- Handle staff scheduling & training
- Deliver outstanding customer service & handle feedback
- Contribute to cost control & profitability
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka health regulations
- Lead overall restaurant operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 40
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant managerial experience
- Strong leadership & communication
- Fluent English & Sinhala
- Thrive in fast-paced beach environment
- Proficient in POS, MS Office
- Flexible shift work
- Passion for hospitality & Sri Lankan cuisine
