POST OF TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Maintain and develop a strong project portfolio while ensuring a good segment share.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, influencers and Project decision-makers.
  • Identify and win new project opportunities with a techno-commercial approach.
  • Provide technical presentations, site demonstrations, and on-site support to ensure proper product application.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales reports, project pipelines, and market intelligence.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project-based sales within the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction processes and product applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with high levels of initiative and professionalism.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the island.
