Kima Surf - HR Manager
Kima Surf is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and support our team in beautiful Hiriketiya, South Coast Sri Lanka. You’ll play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting our team, and helping us grow together in a fast-paced surf hotel environment.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions and team operations, including Payroll.
- Recruit, onboard, and support team members.
- Develop HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve issues.
- Oversee performance management and team development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
2. What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
- Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- A passion for people and positive workplace culture.
