CAFÉ OPERATOR
ABOUT US
Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No.3045), Australia, is the largest private specialised training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism in Sri Lanka. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.
JOB PROFILE
- Greet customers with friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist customers in making their selections & provide recommendations based on their preferences where appropriate.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Handle cash, maintain accurate sales reports and provide them to the respective managers where necessary.
- Manage and maintain records of the stocks inside the cafe.
- Keep the cafe area clean, sanitized and organized at all the times.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Age below 30 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Prior experience in a cafe, barista roles or restaurant service will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of POS systems will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge in coffee brewing techniques and equipment preferred.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
