Join our Team as a Executive – Corporate Communications & Employee Engagement
Location - Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Internal Communications & Content Development - Develop and execute internal communication strategies across all channels, producing high-quality content including newsletters, leadership messages, announcements, and presentations that drive organizational alignment and reflect consistent brand standards.
- Employer Branding & Corporate Messaging - Lead employer branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice within the apparel manufacturing industry, showcasing the organization's commitment to innovation, sustainability, ethical manufacturing, and people development.
- Campaign & Stakeholder Communications - Support and manage communication campaigns related to organizational milestones, CSR programs, sustainability initiatives, and corporate events, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure key business developments are communicated effectively.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building - Plan, coordinate, and manage employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs, wellness drives, cultural events, and awareness campaigns that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background - A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or Human Resources, with prior exposure to a manufacturing, apparel, or export-oriented environment considered a distinct advantage.
- Communication & Content Expertise - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, complemented by strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development capabilities that engage internal audiences effectively.
- Interpersonal & Organizational Abilities - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to coordinate events, manage cross-functional projects, handle multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital & Design Proficiency - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms, with working knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite considered an added advantage.
