GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER – ITALIAN SPEAKING - SEASONAL
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with luxury hotels/resorts.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good writing and reading, oral proficiency in English.
- Physical stamina for long hours.
- Collaborative and positive team player.
