Executive – Business Processes
Location - Kandy
Key Responsibilities
- Have a commanding knowledge in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen, Process Mapping and workshop facilitation techniques. Must be capable of conducting training programs in the above areas and be able to provide mentoring support
- Create a long-term ideal state map. This should include the product value streams as they would appear in the long term. Developing SOPs / SOPs facilitating process discussions & necessary documentation
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the value stream, thus ensuring that the stakeholders meet the current production demands. Must make sure that the changes and improvements are also achieved
- Review weekly KPIs in weekly review meetings at plant level with necessary support / guidance to achieve given performance levels and to measure & see the Lean matrices in required functional Area
- Drive & monitor the Lean Projects with plant team members in order to achieve project target with sustainable measures
Person Specifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business management / Physical science / Apparel production or manufacturing or any other equivalent from a recognized university / professional institution
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- A proven track record of delivering business improvement projects at Black Belt Level
- Ability to lead a cross functional team
- Be a team player who can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
