BUSINESS MANAGER
We are a leading publicly listed and award-winning company in the printing and packaging industry in Sri Lanka, seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and energetic individual to join our subsidiary in the role of Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business operations to ensure profitability and growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Suitable professional and/or a degree from a recognized university.
- MBA or postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in the printing, packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
