1. POSITION DETAILS

  • Reporting To: Sharon JOHN, Director
  • Commencement Date: 22/06/2026
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sydney Time)

2. ROLE SUMMARY

The Operations & Business Development Manager is tasked with overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, implementing systems and procedures, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth. This role supports teams in Australia and the Philippines and acts as a key link between management and staff.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee daily business operations and administration.
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff.
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, and accountability.
  • Ensure enquiries, quotations, scheduling, and invoicing are completed efficiently.
  • Team Management & International Coordination
    • Manage and support staff in the Philippines.
    • Coordinate with teams in Australia.
    • Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
    • Conduct coaching, mentoring, and support activities.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop growth and client acquisition plans.
    • Support marketing and lead generation activities.
    • Build strong client and referral relationships.

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: LKR 90,000 per month. Salary will be paid monthly, no later than the 10th day of the following month. Annual salary reviews are subject to achieving KPIs, business performance, and management approval.

5. Performance Review Period

The first 1 to 3 months will be regarded as a Performance Review Period. Upon successful completion, employment will continue under this agreement, and the salary will increase by 25%, from LKR 90,000 to LKR 112,500 per month, subject to satisfactory performance and management approval.

7. Confidentiality

The employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality concerning all client, company, financial, operational, and business information both during and after the employment.

8. Notice Period

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of 15 days.

9. General Conditions

  • A reliable internet connection is essential.
  • A professional remote work environment is required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
  • The employee is expected to show initiative and contribute to business growth.
