Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth execution of all HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, talent engagement and attrition management.
  • Plan, develop, monitor, and manage the HR budget in alignment with the company's business plan.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through various HR metrics and analysis.
  • Sound understanding of local labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution along with a postgraduate qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven HR Management experience.
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
