Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution of all HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, talent engagement and attrition management.
- Plan, develop, monitor, and manage the HR budget in alignment with the company's business plan.
- Report to management and provide decision support through various HR metrics and analysis.
- Sound understanding of local labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution along with a postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven HR Management experience.
- Sound knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
