COORDINATING ASSISTANT (FUND DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION)

NATIONAL OFFICE – PILIYANDALA

We are looking for a young, energetic candidate to strengthen our Back Office Operations in Sri Lanka, with a strong attitude to learn quickly and maintain a high standard of professionalism in their duties.

This role is responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of Back Office Operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing staff attendance within the FDC unit, overseeing administrative documentation, and fostering positive team relationships.

Candidate's Profile:

  • This position is open to candidates who possess a Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • The candidates should be conversant with basic human resources functions, office procedures, and administrative systems, and be able to handle routine correspondence independently.
  • Computer Literacy is mandatory (MS Office Package)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages, both written and spoken. The ability to communicate in Tamil is an added advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in close proximity to Kesbewa/ Piliyandala.
