ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES

Shermans Logistics Ltd is seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities
- Support key account development and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Achieve individual sales targets and support overall team performance
- Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics or Shipping industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate new business and maintain customer relationships
- Target-driven, disciplined, and highly motivated individual
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
- Relevant professional or academic qualifications
