Shermans Logistics Ltd is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively acquire new customers and expand the client base
  • Meet prospective customers, prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close end-to-end shipments
  • Manage and grow your customer portfolio to achieve monthly GP and sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular market feedback

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications
