Our restaurant features a cocktail bar, coffee bar counters, pizza, and a fully equipped pastry kitchen. We specialize in high-end Italian, Western, Sri Lankan, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisine, offering a premium dining experience in a modern and vibrant setting. As we prepare for our opening, we are currently looking to hire passionate and skilled individuals for the following position(s).

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

RESTAURANT MANAGER

TO JOIN OUR TEAM FOR OUR NEW RESTAURANT, YET TO OPEN IN COLOMBO

Desired Skills, Experiences and Expectations

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position
• Past work experience in 3-5 star hotels or restaurants
• A diploma/ certificate in the Hospitality Industry from a recognized institution (an added advantage)
• Attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients and an anesthetic/artistic eye
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, confidence, and commitment
• Expats are also welcome
