Senior Procurement Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate global and local suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and compliance
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams for smooth supply chain execution
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives
- Handle risk management including supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and vendor dependency
- Oversee inventory planning in coordination with warehouse and operations teams
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, audit requirements, and ethical standards
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and forecasts for management
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–8 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex procurement cycles
- Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
