Vacancy: Receptionist / Office Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling reception duties and customer inquiries
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
  • Maintaining bookkeeping records and accounts
  • Preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records
  • Assisting with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Preferably a Male Candidate

Location: DEHIWALA

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
