Assistant Production Manager (Meegoda Factory)

The Ideal Candidate is required to :

• Manage complete production system to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, guide and motivate the factory workforce
• Display Strong Leadership and Management Skills
• Have a minimum of 4 Years experience in factory management or production supervision.
• Have a Degree or Diploma in related field
• Work under pressure
• Have excellent communication and coordination skills
