Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with meeting room arrangements and provide guest hospitality.
  • Support document distribution and general administrative duties.
  • Assist with clerical work and day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage pantry supplies and ensure the availability of stock.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams when required.
  • Handle bank-related tasks such as cheque deposits and other routine transactions.
  • Provide reliable support to staff and management, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide support when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a positive attitude.
