Presently the company operates in general trade (GT), Modern trade (MT), Pettah (ws) & Horeca channels while we proudly showcase under the distinguished brand names of Magna, Radiant, Organica, Rakthachandana and Twinky.

AREA SALES MANAGER – NORTH

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, distribution, and market expansion within the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective management of distributors and sales representatives
  • Monitor and improve product availability, outlet coverage, visibility, and execution standards
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably in territory or area management
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage
