Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong payroll expertise and a passion for people management? We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our HR team as an Executive – Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll (HRIS/Manual).
  • Analyze HR data/reports (Excel & Power BI).
  • Handle HR operations (attendance, records).
  • Coordinate with outlet teams.
  • Address grievances.
  • Conduct outlet visits.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in HRM/related field. (CIPM qualification an advantage).
  • 3-4 years HR/Payroll experience.
  • Payroll preparation expertise (automated/manual).
  • Strong Excel & Power BI skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Positive attitude & integrity.
  • Willing to travel.
