EXECUTIVE - FREIGHT & LOGISTICS SALES
Drive Business Growth | Deliver Logistics Excellence
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, and Value-Added Services.
- Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and customer visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, customer records, and activity reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and support account receivable collections when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, or Supply Chain Sales.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, transportation solutions, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and account development capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented personality.
