Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Issue bills, receipts, and invoices to guests
• Operate POS system for billing purposes
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
• Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Finance departments
• Maintain proper records for audit purposes
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
