MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience. (At least 2-3 years in a managerial role).
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong MS Office (especially Excel & reporting).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure.
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Male candidates below 45 years of age, residing in close proximity to the Colombo and Gampaha area will be preferred.
