Senior Executive Civil Engineer
Location: Peliyagoda
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive CAPEX and OPEX project plans and BOQs, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimation.
- Collaborate closely with plant managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with objectives and are progressing effectively.
- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout all project phases.
- Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and report on financial status.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, challenges, and scope changes.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years of industrial civil management experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
