ATN Campus is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage the overall operations of our Colombo Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Colombo Branch.
- Manage and develop administrative and operational staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor student services and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and support management in achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, administration or management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
