About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The role involves handling basic administrative tasks, assisting with HR and office coordination, and ensuring that office procedures run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry, email correspondence, and record updates
  • Coordinate with service providers
  • Handle front desk duties when required
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and verbal)
  • Well-organized with basic time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant to manage the front desk and create a positive experience for visitors and callers. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, welcoming guests, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk duties and attend to visitors and telephone inquiries
  • Coordinate with service providers and support office operations
  • Handle data entry, email correspondence, and record updates
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and verbal)
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
