Assistant Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive (Gampaha / Jaffna / Kurunagala / Galle) - 4 Positions

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the allocated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote company products effectively in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at dealer outlets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Implement sales and promotional activities to support business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a Diploma or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials, electrical and hardware products, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory and market conditions.
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
