Logistics Officer
Premium Auto Parts (Pvt) Ltd, a leading company in the motor spare parts industry, is looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer.
The Job
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock movements, audits, and documentation to ensure efficient storage and distribution.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, courier services, and route optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
- Handle product returns, damaged goods, quality issues, and reverse logistics processes.
- Supervise warehouse staff, manage operational resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor company vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and prepare logistics and inventory performance reports.
The Person
- Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office knowledge preferred).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
