CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE

If you have prior experience in sales or in directly engaging with clients to promote or deliver a service, this opportunity is for you.

This is a fully office-based role with no requirement to travel for client meetings.

Requirements to apply:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/ Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Should be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
  • Should possess negotiable and interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team setting.

If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include:

  • Communicate with existing and potential clients via phone and email.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the company’s products, tools and services to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally and forward to the relevant team.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient support is provided for clients and achieve provided targets.
