NAMAL is Sri Lanka's pioneering Asset Management Company, managing Unit Trusts and institutional portfolios. NAMAL is a subsidiary of Union Bank of Colombo PLC in association with DFCC Bank PLC.
Client Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Being in charge of the reception; assist walk-in / calling clients with their various queries (documentation processes etc.) / Tele-Marketing.
- Coordinating and liaising with the marketing and finance division on documentation
- Assess and input all unit trust valuations / prices into the system on a daily basis.
- Scanning, filing and archiving all documents.
- Issue balance confirmation letters and dispatch as per clients’ instructions.
- Generating and dispatching transaction receipts on a daily basis.
- Prepare and send various daily / weekly / monthly reports (Internal / External) parties.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 3 passes at the GCE A/L exam
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial or banking industry at a similar capacity would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- An excellent team player and good interpersonal skills
