Ceylon Oxygen Ltd is a member of the Linde PLC and the leading Gases Company in Sri Lanka, in existence for over 85 years with a Global presence in over 100 countries. Plant Operator (Sapugaskanda Plant)

Required qualifications/experience

• Age should be between 22- 35 years.
• NVQ Level 5 or above in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Prior experience in plant operations will be an added advantage
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Be proficient in Microsoft office packages
• Should be a quick learner willing to work and learn under the guidance of superiors.
• Should be ready to work in shift
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ASU plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
• Supporting plant operations to achieve production targets
