Requirements
- BSc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid registration with both the Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC) and the Private Health Services Regulatory Council (PHSRC)
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English; ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Strong commitment to quality patient care and safety
- Previous experience in a hospital setting will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions and progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management
