Job Role
- Assistant Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in import & export (freight forwarding)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and grow company revenue
- Build, lead, and motivate a strong sales team
- Coordinate with operations for smooth handling of shipments
- Identify market opportunities and expand customer base
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and supply chain.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong customer network in import/export market.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Age below 30 years
