Job Role

  • Assistant Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in import & export (freight forwarding)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales targets and grow company revenue
  • Build, lead, and motivate a strong sales team
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth handling of shipments
  • Identify market opportunities and expand customer base

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and supply chain.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer network in import/export market.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Age below 30 years
