WORKSHOP & MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Boehm & Leckner Multi Moulds (Pvt) Ltd is a leading mould making and injection moulding facility located in EPZ Katunayake. Our key export markets include the USA, EU, UK, Germany, Australia, and South Africa. BLMM is a subsidiary of Tramec LLC (USA), a company supplying systems and related accessories for heavy vehicles. We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our team.
Education
- BSc Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing) or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop and manufacturing operations
- Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials, and manpower
- Willingness to work in workshop environments
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet schedules
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
Skills Required
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workshop practices
- Familiar with CAD/CAM and ERP systems
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality certifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Technical documentation skills
