ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE (GALLE)

JOB PROFILE

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the company operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures. The primary responsibilities include Financial Analysis & Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Performance Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration etc. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for management.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, or a fully qualified/passed finalist of CA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to identify cost drivers, optimize processes, and improve profitability through data-driven insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with operations teams and senior management.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of performing under pressure.
