CANTEEN OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and discreet individual to join our team playing a vital role in delivering unparalleled comfort and luxury to our esteemed colleagues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A dynamic professional to oversee and manage all staff canteen operations.
  • Ensuring efficient food preparation, service delivery and a clean, well-organized dining environment.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong culinary and supervisory skills, with the ability to maintain food quality, monitor hygiene standards, control costs and lead the canteen team effectively.
  • This role is positioned at Chef de Partie (CDP) level and is best suited for a hands-on culinary professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing staff dining operations.
