Valet [Local]

Crown & Champa Resorts is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Valet to provide exceptional guest service and ensure the safe and efficient handling of guest luggage and transportation requirements. This role offers the opportunity to create positive first and lasting impressions by delivering warm hospitality, assisting guests with arrivals and departures, and supporting seamless Front Office operations while upholding the resort’s standards of excellence and personalized service.
Task and responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and escorting them to and from their villas or designated locations.
- Provide guests with information regarding resort facilities, services, activities, and directions as required.
- Ensure all guest luggage is handled safely, accurately, and delivered promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas, buggies, and arrival/departure points.
- Report any guest concerns, maintenance issues, lost and found items, or unusual incidents to the relevant department.
- Ensure resort vehicles and buggies assigned for guest transportation are clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications & experience
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star resort or hotel environment.
- Previous experience as a Valet, Bell Attendant, or Guest Services Attendant will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physically fit and capable of handling guest luggage and performing duties that require standing and walking for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and willingness to assist guests and colleagues at all times.
