CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients and generate appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Provide information regarding company projects and promotions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidates preferred
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Sinhala (Tamil and English will be an added advantage).
• Basic computer literacy.
