Customer Support Service Engineer
Location: Sapugaskanda

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Customer Support Service Engineer to join our Customer Support Service Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality after-sales technical support while ensuring excellent customer service and timely service coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for diesel generators and related engineering systems.
- Coordinate service requests, preventative maintenance, and breakdown attendances to ensure timely customer support.
- Diagnose technical issues and prepare service reports and related documentation.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Below 35 years of age.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or technical support, preferably in diesel generators, power systems, HVAC, or a related engineering industry.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English.
