CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (SHIPPING)

Be a key part of our team and drive seamless order-to-delivery experiences for our customers around the world.

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery cycle including sales orders, dispatches, returns and customer coordination.
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics & Finance to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Communicate delivery schedules, shipment updates and ETAs to customers proactively.
  • Prepare and verify shipping & export documentation for customs clearance and delivery.
  • Ensure pricing approvals, payment clearance and documentation accuracy before dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records, revenue capture and compliance with SOPs, SLAs and audits.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines to obtain Bills of Lading and shipment confirmations.
  • Review open orders, handle returns and support continuous process improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination or Supply Chain.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
