Production Executive/Production Supervisor (Meethirigala)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for achieving the daily production targets.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the processing plant.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations and all company quality standards
- Responsible for stock maintenance and 100% accuracy of stock verification.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, sanitation, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Guide and motivate production staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Technology, Bio Technology, Agri Food Technology, Agricultural Business, or Animal Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the manufacturing facility.
- Preferred age between 25-35 years.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Professional, goal-oriented, and innovative approach with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication & team work skills.
- Experience in Further Processing Unit & Night shift experience is an added advantage.
- Male Candidates are preferred.
