ABOUT THE ROLE

 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. This is a multi-functional, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the operational backbone — managing daily processes, liaising with customers, merchants, and vendors, verifying transactions, resolving queries end-to-end, and ensuring SLAs are consistently met and take on ad-hoc tasks as business needs evolve. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Act as the primary point of contact for customers and merchants — handle inbound queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience across all touchpoints.
  •  Manage day-to-day operational workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external parties to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple vendors; monitor commitments and follow up proactively.
  • Track and maintain SLAs; identify bottlenecks and take a smart, data-backed approach to continuous improvement.
  • Verify and reconcile transactions daily, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments — research, data collation, process documentation, and coordination — as directed by management.
  • Escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to the right stakeholders without delay. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc or equivalent)
  • 0–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
  • Languages : English Sinhala and Hindi
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines 

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of stock markets and financial instruments
  • Familiarity with trading platforms or fintech products
  • Prior experience in BFSI / Fintech operations
