HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily employee transfer movements across departments.
  • Handle onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain and organize employee personnel files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
  • Coordinate employee air ticket bookings and other travel arrangements as required.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and employee data updates.
  • Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR documentation, letters, and forms are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience with HR systems is an advantage
