Maintenance Coordinator
Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support the efficient operation of the Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of coordinating maintenance activities, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily engineering operations while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Qualification and experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar coordination or administrative role within an engineering or maintenance department, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Task and responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance records, work orders, and engineering documentation.
- Monitor the progress of maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with various departments to address maintenance requirements efficiently.
- Assist in inventory control and monitor engineering stores and spare parts.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence for the Chief Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with resort standards, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
