Position: Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage various programs within a specific country/location, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Be based in the designated location internationally for extended periods of time
  • Coordinate daily with international headquarters
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with local and remote teams.
  • Focus on exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Understanding of the travel and hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
  • Experience in a related field (optional)
  • Experience in a position in a cruise ship would be an added advantage

Employment Details

  • Type: Contract basis, renewable annually.
  • Training Period: Initial 6-month training period
  • Office Hours: Standard office hours with flexibility for occasional after-hours support for high-priority issues.
  • Remuneration: remuneration details will be discussed during the interview process.
