Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating activities and logistics and maintaining overall quality of the wildlife experience, services and facilities
- Managing and training of the staff members in line with the company standards
- Ensure effective communication between all departments, guests, staff and the management
- Maintain the good standards of both Front of the House and Heart of the House departments
- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies of the properties
- Lead the team to control budgets, manage expenses and controls to minimize hotel cost
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve guest service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (professional qualifications preferred)
- 6–10 years of hospitality experience, including 3–5 years in a senior management role
- Experience in boutique or luxury hotel operations is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of all hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services)
- Strong financial and operational management skills (budgeting & cost control)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
