Assistant Manager – Risk Management
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis; optimize the Loan Review Mechanism (LRM) and Basel/Key risk reporting; prepare credit risk and stress-testing reports for Senior Management and the Board.
- Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Banking from a UGC-recognized university; Full professional qualifications from a recognized body (CIMA UK, CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Experience: A minimum of four (04) years of experience in risk management within a bank or a recognized financial institution.
Assistant Manager – Internal Audit
- Key Responsibilities: Execute scheduled operational and financial audits; evaluate internal controls to minimize irregularities; coordinate with external auditors to maintain independence; prepare internal audit reports and follow up on audit issues with the Chief Internal Auditor.
- Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or related field; full professional qualifications from a recognized body (CIMA UK, CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIA, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of four (04) years’ experience in audit functions within a banking or financial institution.
Assistant Manager – Compliance
- Key Responsibilities: Support the Compliance Management Framework (AML/CFT) and regulatory reporting; monitor adherence to policies and regulatory requirements; review new product designs for regulatory conformity.
- Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Banking or related fields; full professional qualifications from a recognized body (CIMA UK, CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, etc.) or banking qualification with a Diploma in Compliance.
- Experience: Minimum of four (04) years’ experience in a compliance function within a banking or financial institution.
Assistant Manager – Network & IT Security
- Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize network and IT security infrastructure; perform firmware upgrades and vulnerability assessments; implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning; respond to security audit findings and support DR/BCP drills and testing.
- Qualifications & Experience: IT degree or diploma; 2–3 years of experience in networking and security; professional certifications are advantageous.
Junior Executive – Software Solution
- Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality banking applications using Microsoft .NET (C#); develop database stored procedures and packages; build web-based applications and support IT security testing and related activities.
- Qualifications & Experience: Higher Diploma in IT from a recognized institute with 2 years of enterprise software development experience; or Diploma in IT with 3 years of relevant experience; additional certifications are an advantage.
Junior Executive – MIS & Analytics
- Key Responsibilities: Query and analyse data to produce MIS and analytics; support decision-making with dashboards and data models; deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Qualifications & Experience: Higher Diploma in IT or related field; 2–3 years of experience in MIS/Analytics or data reporting.
SME Executive
- Key Responsibilities: Lead the SME and Business Banking function; develop and implement business strategies; manage customer relationships and lending solutions; drive growth and profitability.
- Qualifications & Experience: Degree in a relevant discipline; professional banking/finance qualification preferred; 4+ years of experience in SME banking or related roles.
Remuneration & General Conditions
Remuneration: Assistant Manager Scale A; approximate monthly salary around Rs. 223,400.00 plus allowances as per bank policy. General terms include a defined benefits package, medical coverage, provident fund and other standard SMIB conditions.
