OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
DRAUGHTSMAN / SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN – ELECTRICAL (EHV SUBSTATIONS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models and shop drawings for EHV substation projects.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and ISO 19650 requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clash-free designs.
- Support constructability reviews and site coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with utility authority requirements and international standards.
- Produce accurate and timely construction documentation and as-built drawings.
DRAUGHTSMAN / SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN – ELECTRICAL (DATA CENTERS / DCP / INFRASTRUCTURE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop detailed BIM models for electrical systems and infrastructure networks.
- Produce LOD-compliant, data-rich models and coordinated shop drawings.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and CDE workflows.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to eliminate clashes and improve constructability.
- Support compliance with local authority and international standards.
- Contribute to digital engineering and project delivery excellence.
DRAUGHTSMAN / SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN – MECHANICAL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop BIM models for HVAC systems, chilled water networks, and process piping.
- Produce coordinated and construction-ready shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and industry regulations.
- Participate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination processes.
- Support constructability reviews and site execution requirements.
- Maintain accurate as-built models and project documentation.
DRAUGHTSMAN / SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN – PHE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop BIM models for plumbing, drainage, water supply, and utility systems.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and authority regulations.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver clash-free models.
- Support constructability reviews and site coordination activities.
- Maintain accurate as-built documentation throughout project delivery.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience with Revit and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM coordination processes.
- Experience in Middle East projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and shop drawing production.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
EXPERIENCE
- Draughtsman: 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Draughtsman: 8–10 years of relevant experience.
